The cut off for BJ Medical College , Ahmedabad in 2018 for different categories is as follows -
For state quota -
Open - 557
SC-     440
ST-      332
SE-      488

Through All India Quota -
Open - 620
SC -     492
ST-      478

The cut off is going to go higher this higher by at least 15-30 marks .
You would be in border line if you are eligible for state quota with no reservation, and not possible if through AIQ.

Dear Pratiksha, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories for BJ Medical College have been as follows:
General Category: 557
SE: 488
SC: 440
ST: 332
Based on previous cut offs and your marks you have a decent chance at a seat in BJ Medical College irrespective of your Category. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.

Anything could not be said about what colleges you can get on the basis of your score in NEET, you should know that it would be too early to predict anything. The cut off trends tend to change every year and same can be expected for this year as well. However, for your given score, you have a good chance to get into a good college.
