    Hey.

    The eligiblity criteria for admission in NSIT, Delhi states that you must score at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together. You also need to pass each of the above subjects individually. As your aggregate is less than 60% you do not seem to be eligible.
