To get admission in any of the NITs, the minimum required %ile score is 98+%ile
However, your %ile score is too low to become eligible for JEE Advanced exam.
Well, you will have to wait for now as the cutoff percentile will be released later after the April exam.
According to your score, your rank is around 3 lakh and as per previous JEE Mains criteria, to become eligible for JEE Advanced level, candidate should have rank within 2 lakh.
I would suggest you to appear for the April exam and give your Bestt possible by preparing nicely.
Hope this helps.!
Good Luck.!
