According to last year cutoffs if you secure 7144 OBC rank in JEE mains 2020. You can actually get a set in the following colleges with respective branches.
*NIT Hamirpur( ECE)
*NIT Raipur (Mechanical)
*NIT Manipur(CSE, ECE, EEE)
*NIT Sikkim(ECE)
*NIT Andhra Pradesh(EEE)
*NIT Patna (EEE, Mech)
And many more colleges.
