Unfortunately no. With just a mere of 86.25 percentage you won't make it to any college of the university of Delhi for pursuing Bachelor's of sciences in mathematics Honours. The cutoffs for mathematics Honours is always as high as more than 95 percentage for the top colleges of the North campus as well as for the south campus colleges. You might have had a chance if you belong to any of the reserved categories.
You can still wait for the actual cutoffs to be declared by the university of Delhi on their website.
