I have got 86.84447%ILE I'm JEE MAINS 2020 . MY CRL RANK OS 141469 can I get any seat through the CSAB counselling?

You may not get seat in NITs but considering the cut off in 2019 in CSAB special round 2 you have chances of getting seat in

• 6 Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (A Central University), Bilaspur, (C.G.): Mechanical-142609
• 9 HNB Garhwal University Srinagar (Garhwal):Mechanical-147229
• 5 Central institute of Technology Kokrajar, Assam:Food Engineering and Technology-192053
• Ghani Khan Choudhary Institute of Engineering and Technology, Malda, West Bengal: EE-146759

Cut off changes every year and it depends on number of candidates applied, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

According to previous year cutoff of CSAB Round2 counselling you cannot get the seat in any colleges.Because the closing rank of any college in any lowest branch under open category hardly goes above 80k to 90k but your rank is far from that,Hence it would be impossible for you to get the seat.
