At 98 percentile in JEE mains paper 2 your chances of getting NIT are ambulatory, depending upon the number of candidates appeared for the exam and difficulty level of exam and also total number of seats available your chances will be predicted so I would suggest you to go with the below link and use our college predictor tool:
