Yes I believe with 98.48 Percentile in JEE Main Paper 2, being from OBC Category, you have excellent chances in securing a seat in one of the Top NITs, SPA or Excellent Architecture Colleges, having good infrastructure, faculty and proper facilities. As far as your Rank is concerned you may expect a CRL anywhere between 1.2-1.8k and a Corresponding OBC NCL Rank between 300-500.
