Sorry to say that

U have done well 

But it's not enough to get into IIIT ece

The cutoffs are very high u can get nits 

But IIIT hyd ECE is difficult it requires 99.2+ percentile

Anyway u have done well

Iiit hyd is a great institute

U will surely get top nits
