Hi Mukul,
If you're interested in CSE then go with IIT Indore CS. It is really good in terms of placement and opportunities. MnC involves a higher level of mathematics and computer science. So, go with it only if you're interested in mathematics.
Now, if you have no particular interests then go with ECE at IIT Kharagpur. It is one of the best IITs and you'll get great exposure.
