Hi

hope you are doing well

A JEE Main ST category rank of 6547, you have a fair chance of securing a seat in some NITs, particularly in the less competitive branches and newer NITs. Your chances improve further if you apply through the "Home State Quota" or in NITs that historically have higher closing ranks for ST candidates.

Newer NIT's:

  • NIT Meghalaya
  • NIT Nagaland
  • NIT Mizoram
  • NIT Sikkim

Some Core brances NIT's for Civil, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering :

  • NIT Raipur
  • NIT Agartala
  • NIT Jamshedpur
