Hello Sutej,
The cutoff for Computer Science and engineering branch at VIT Vellore and VIT Chennai campuses would generally close around your rank Maximum (that is around 20,000).
So you might or might not have a chance to get a seat.
Fee structure:-
Tuition Fees (per annum) = INR 1,95,000
Caution Deposit (Refundable) one time payment = INR 3,000
Therefore,
Total fees to be paid for first year = INR 1,98,000
