See if you didn't have any of the documents that you have mentioned then you can use the ration card as your official ID document for NEET 2021. Also as per the information available on Internet, one can use the E-Aadhar Print out as official document but as per my recommendation it would be better with the ration card.

You can retrieve your aadhar card online from the site uidai.gov.in, the steps to retrieve your aadhar card are as follows:

1. Visit the official website ie. uidai.gov.in

2. You will see their 'Aadhar services' section, there tap on the 'My Aadhar' option.

3. There click on 'Retrieve lost or forgotten EID/UID option.

4. Enter the asked details there, such as your name, your email id, and registered mobile number.

5. You will now need to verify the Captcha, and click on send OTP.

6. You will now get a six digit OTP on your registered mobile number, enter the OTP there.

7. UID/EID number will now be sent to your mobile phone through SMS.

8. You can download your aadhar card from there.

Yes you can use 12th class board admit card as valid id proof.

Beside this you can download E-AADHAAR from UIDAI site using following link;

https://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/#/

The downloaded E-AADHAAR is be a password protected file, the password for it will be Combination of the first 4 letters of name in CAPITAL and the year of birth (YYYY) as password.

For Example:
Name: SURESH KUMAR
Year of Birth: 1990
Password: SURE1990

According to guildelines issued by National testing agency (NTA) the candidate must carry Any one of the original and valid Photo Identification Proof issued by the government
It can be PAN card/Driving License/Voter ID/12th Class Board Admit or Registration card/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/ E-Aadhaar/ Ration Card/ Aadhaar Enrolment No. with Photo.

All other ID/Photocopies of IDs even if attested/scanned photo of IDs in mobile phone will NOT be considered as valid ID Proof.
