Their is requirment of documents are necessary in NEET EXAM:

• Latest passport size photograph
• Postcard size photograph
• Category Certificate
• PWD Certificate (if applicable)
• Class 10 passed certificate
• Embassy/ citizenship certificate.

You need to carry any valid government photo identity proof with you as a identification card in the NEET entrance examination.

PAN card/Driving License/Voter ID/12th Class Board Admit or Registration card/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/ E-Aadhaar/ Ration Card./ Aadhaar Enrolment No.with Photo.
