No, there are no chances for editing your date of birth.
.
During the correction window time only image and signature were allowed to edit. Now even correction window time is closed.
.
Things like DOB, name, email, mobile number, state, are not allowed to edit even during correction time.
.
So, I would suggest you to mail your problem to cat helpdesk. But it's not sure that the problem will be solved. But they may advice the solution which may be helpful.
