If you haven't self attested your documents , This is not a big issue. At the time of admission, when you will report at the College, they will ask your self attested documents, so you can give the signed documents at that time. So sit back and relax and wait for the cutoffs to come.

I have submitted my class 10 certificate in my pg admission form.. But without signing it as self attested document was required to be uploaded... Will my form get rejected? Am really worried please help. . Also if you can provide the link or number of delhi university authorities with whom I can contact.

Ayush Tyagi are you sure it's a minor mistake... Am really worried
If you are really worried, just wait for the edit option to be opened , since edit option is new , we still have to see if there is option to edit the uploaded documents.
