Hello,

You don't need to upload income certificate you just have to enter a valid income certificate number issued by competent authority through Meeseva if your parent's annual income is up to 1 lakh or up to 2 lakhs.If it is more than 2 lakhs you don't need an income certificate number to fill it in the application form.
