If you have completed graduation in Physical Education with 60%, then your admission/selection will mainly be considered on the basis of your academic marks. Sports certificates are generally given extra weightage or bonus marks only in courses, jobs, or recruitments where a sports quota is applicable. Since you don’t have a sports certificate, you won’t get those extra marks, but your merit will still be calculated purely from your academic percentage. So, sports certificate marks are not compulsory, they are just an added advantage where applicable.

If you're not applying under a sports quota, then your graduation marks (60%) in Physical Education will be the primary basis for merit. No sports certificate number is required or counted in this case.

If you're applying under a sports quota, then:

You must upload a valid sports certificate (state/national level participation or achievement)

The certificate number and level (Category A/B/C) will be used to assign weightage in the merit list

Without a certificate, you won’t be considered under sports quota, even if your degree is in Physical Education

For General Admission in Physical Education Programs:

Your academic score (60%) is sufficient for merit-based admission

Sports certificates are not mandatory unless you're seeking additional quota benefits
