Dear Kumar, now the link to check your individual score card shows expired. You will have to either send them a mail or reach out to the helpdesk.

And regarding the AIQ score card, per the official note released by NBE, the individual score cards were supposed to be made on the official website by March 10th. However, there has been no update on it as such. The score card hasn't been released yet. Please keep an eye on the official website for official notification.
