This is because,

It is not mandatory to have name and date of photograph , it's just preferable,

The page number 31 of neet 2021 information brochure says thatyour photographs must be taken on or after 01.01.2021 and preferably mentioning the name of the student and the date on which the photograph was clicked- post card photo and passport size photo.

Also make sure that in your photographs

you shouldn't be wearing any cap or goggle, spectacles are allowed only if you use them regularly.

at least 80% face coverage should be there in your photographs

your ears should be visible

Should be coloured one

the background should be white

Also, in case of any discrepancies in your uploaded photograph in your application form, NTA mails you on your registered Email id for correction, if you have not got any mail, then no need to worry you are all fine with your application form.
