I have only 15 days more for JEE main exam ... I didn't start any preparations .because , I spent my days for state board examinations..... I'm very scared about the exam ... How to prepare in upcoming days ?
Dear aspirant,
First of all don't feel scared this is just an exam. Strategy to prepare any exam depend on individual. There is no perfect strategy. As I didn't have idea that in past how much you studied for your 11th and 12th and for JEE pre so I can not suggest you a perfect study plan. Here I am giving you few general suggestions. Think about them and prepare your study plan accordingly.
1- keep your mind relax and calm. Do not fear of the exam.
2- look at the syllabus and mark the topic which you have overviewed in the past.
3-revise all the topics mentioned in the exam which you have studied in past.
4-check 2-3 previous year paper to have an idea about the type of questions asked.
4- prepare for the topics which have more weightage.
5- dont jump directly to new and complex theories.
Most people suggest to do revision or solve previous year paper before 15-20 of exam.
But as I said every individual is different so while planning preparation keep in mind above points and prepare a plan for yourself which you find suitable for you. Though it will take your 2-3hours,it will definitely benefit you.
Hope you find it useful.
Hello,
JEE Mains is one of the most toughest exams in India. Since, you haven't started yet and there are only 15 more days to go for the exam, it is not the time to start anything new.
First of all list out the topics that you are confident in. Revise them thoroughly such that you can attempt any question based on them. If you are done with this, then try to figure out the easiest portions of the three subjects. I will suggest you to take a look at physical and inorganic chemistry.
Since, there is only half a month left, I will suggest you to refer the NCERTs which will help you to understand things clearly and easily. There are various good and knowledgeable books to refer such as H.C Verma for Physics, R.D Sharma for Maths, etc. But they require a lot of time to study. So, it is better to refer NCERT.
Plan these 15 days well and prepare well. All the Best for your exam.
Best Wishes.
Akash ;
Here's what you need to do. First of all believe in yourself. I don't think anything else can help you more than that.
Now that there is just 15 days left. For preparation part you can do it in 15 days quite easily.
Start with chemistry. Read NCERT properly and just try solving all previous year questions. Complete chemistry in 4 days. You can easily do it , if you study a minimum of 10 hours a day.
Again, in physics just solve all previous year questions, nothing can prepare you more than that. Again solve questions from Arihant's or Cengage publication as much as possible.
Mathematics is very important. Previous year questions is key here. You might see 3-4 same questions as well.
Noteworthy, previous year questions is key here. Solve as many as possible. Chemistry NCERT is the key!
Hope this helps and all the best!
Hello,
It will be very tough to cover the entire syllabus for the upcoming JEE mains in just 15 days. For this time you can refer to previous year question papers and the question banks for the preparation. Or you can attend any crash course for the last minute. My suggestion for you is that you should focus on the major topics which have most weight age in the Exam and you should prepare for the second attempt of JEE MAINS majorly.
All the Best.
