Yes, you have to initiate the payment once again. The amount which was refunded earlier will be refunded to the same bank account. You have to pay the application fee without that your application is not taken into consideration. The amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days. You can contact the bank's customer executive if it is taking longer for refund. Please keep the date if transaction, transaction amount and transaction ID safe. You might have to provide these details to track the status of the payment.
