I have passed 12th march 2016. Can i eligible for hpcet 2019.Mene 12th march 2016 me pass ki h to me hpcet 2019 ka entranc de skta hu ya nhi

No you are not eligible for HPCET 2019, as12th scores of 2016 year  shall be vaikd till 2018.
Stjdnets must have valid pCM scores with minimum 50:% marks.

Hence you ar enot eligible.
