I have passed class 10 from pseb and have only X marksheet not character certificate. I have uploaded marksheet in neet 2020 form. is it ok

Vaishali, not all boards give their students passing certificate. In such case, 10th marks sheet is also applicsble. So even if you upload 10th marks sheet, it is an accepted document.
