Hello,

To calculate your percentage from CBSE 12th (2021) with 6 subjects, follow these steps:

1. Add the marks of your best 5 subjects (CBSE considers the best 5 for percentage calculation).

2. Divide the total by 5 to get the average.

3. Formula:

\[

\text{Percentage} = \frac{\text{Total Marks of Best 5 Subjects}}{5}

\]

4. You can also check your CBSE mark sheet for the official percentage.

Hope this helps you,

Thank you

Dear aspirant!

Hope you are doing well

To find out your marks obtained and percentage for your Class 12th CBSE exam in 2021, you can follow these steps:

1. Check Your Marks Online (CBSE Official Website) :

  • Go to the official CBSE results website : https://cbseresults.nic.in/ .
  • Select the Year : Choose the year as 2021 from the available options.
  • Enter Your Details : You will need to enter your roll number , school number , and center number (these are provided on your admit card or result sheet).
  • View Your Result : After submitting the details, your marks sheet will appear with the marks for all six subjects. You can calculate your total marks by adding up the marks for each subject.

2. Use the Formula to Calculate Percentage :

  • Once you have the marks for all six subjects, you can calculate your percentage using the following formula:

Percentage = (Total Marks Obtained / Maximum Marks) × 100

For example:

  • If your total marks obtained in all six subjects are 450 out of 600 , your percentage would be:

     \text{Percentage} = \left(\frac{450}{600}\right) \times 100 = 75\%

3. CBSE Results via SMS (if you prefer not to check online):

  • You can also check your result through SMS. For this, you need to send an SMS to a specific number:
    • Type CBSE12 and send it to 7738299899 or 52001 .
    • You'll receive your result and marks via SMS.

4. Access Your Marksheet & Certificate :

  • After checking the result online, your original mark sheet and passing certificate will be made available through your school .
  • Schools receive the hard copy of your mark sheet and certificate, and you can collect them from the school after the official release.

Additional Notes :

  • If you have any doubts or issues regarding your marks, you can contact your school’s examination department or the CBSE regional office for clarification.
  • In case you are eligible for revaluation or want to apply for a recheck of any subject, check the CBSE website for the procedure after the results are declared.

Let me know if you need help with anything else!

Hello,

You will able to get all these information in your marksheet only. If your marksheet shows the result in CGPA then multiply it with 9.5 to get the percentage. Probably, you will receive the Provisional marksheet first for refering it in the admission procedure.

Hope I might abled to clear your doubt.
