You don't need to do bsc or any other degree courses .
This is because,
to be eligible for neet examination graduation is not required , NEET examination is 10+2 level Entrance EXAMINATION .

You check NEET eligibility criteria provided below:-

• You must have passed your class 12th board examination with at least a minimum of 50% marks taken together in PCB in your class 12th board examination if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories . You should have also passed English in your 12th examination

• Minimum age limit is 17 years old as on 31st December of year of NEET examination while there's no upper limit for neet examination as of now

So, if you fulfill the above criteria then only you are eligible for neet examination or else you are not eligible
