Hello aspirant,

To opt for bsc botany in undergraduate level one needs to have biology or biochemistry/biotechnology to pursue it.

The eligibility criteria for undergraduate Botany courses are

  • Passing 10+2 from a recognised board with PCB.
  • Scoring a minimum of 50-55% marks in boards.
  • Entrance exams can be conducted depending upon the university.

So according to this requirement you are not eligible for this course.

I hope this information helps you.

Hello there!
For B.Sc. Botany one must have biology as one of the subjects in 10+2.
Although it is bit tough at government college level but some private universities take admission on the basis of entrance or interview.
But now with changes due to New Education Policy, there can be few relaxation as well.
Kindly go through the eligibility brochure well before filling the application.
Good Luck!
