I have score 3821 rank in Jenpauh 2019 for B.Sc nursing and my OBC-B rank is 619. Can i get chance in B.Sc nursing in any college?

As you have mentioned that your jenpauh rank is 3821 which indeed is a good rank and your obc-b category rank is 619 and you are seeking admission in some of the government colleges for BSc nursing.. Well, ypu rank is indded good with a positive side of reserved category..
Therefore, you have good chances to get Bsc nursing in any of the colleges....
Maybe you don't get a seat in 1dt round of counselling but you have good chances to get a seat in the further rounds....
