So, without beating around the bush and giving you any wrong information, I just want to tell you that getting a score below 100 is not going  to help you get any seat in any colleges that accepts NEET rank, because even the cutoff is really much higher than this, so technically you didn't even clear the NEET examination. Even for getting a seat in management quota, you score should have been atleast 250+ , so you don't have much chances.

In order to take admission for BAMS, you have to qualify NEET as per neet 2020 results following has been the qualifying cut-offs;

UR/EWS: 720-147
OBC: 146-113
SC: 146-113
ST: 146-113
UR/EWS-PWD: 146-129
