Yea! You scored well. You have a chance to get admission in GNLU. As per previous year, GNLU cutoff was 118 out of 200 . After considering the clat 2019 marks your probable rank is between 18- 318. So wait for counselling letter surely you will get one of the NLUs.

I can tell you that you can easily get LLB or LLM in GNLU, Gandhinagar based on previous year cutoffs.
In 2018, the closing rank for LLB was 494 and LLM was 760.
In 2017, the closing rank was 510 for LLB and 832 for LLM.
In 2016, the closing rank for LLB was 569 and 1154 for LLM.

For past so many years the cut off for ckatvahs been dynamic it keep on changing it depends hoon the level of difficulty the paper was and how students attempted. For Gnlu the highest rank was somewhere around 143 and lowest been 522. We if you are expecting a score of more than 130 you will be save and might have chances of getting into GNLU.
So let's jus wait for the results to come out and hope for the best, keep your fingers crossed.
