Hello,

Congratulations on scoring 427 in the NEET exam especially during this tough time.

According to the previous year’s cutoffs, you have a fair chance of getting into a government college. For The Government Medical College, Badaun, the cutoff score was 419 for the SC category in the year 2019. But the cutoffs do vary every year and it depends upon number of candidates appeared for the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, total seats available.

To get an idea NEET cutoff for government medical colleges state quota for previous years can be found out from the following link. It also has cutoffs for private colleges mentioned as well:

Hey,

Ok, at first I would like to inform you that the concerned authority in your state Uttar Pradesh, Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Lucknow, has decided to release the official cut-off information of top Government MBBS colleges in this state for each and every in the last week of October. Till then we have to follow the previous year's (2019) qualifying details to make any decision regarding your query. Hence I've provided you the entire list of the colleges perfectly suitable as per your rank and reserved category (SC) along with their respective cut-off marks of 2019:

  • Govt. Medical College, Badaun: 419
  • Autonomous Medical College, Ayodhya: 418
  • Autonomous Medical College, Basti: 416
  • Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich: 415
  • Autonomous Medical College, Shahjahanpur: 418
  • Autonomous Medical College, Firozabad: 421
  • Govt. Medical College, Saharanpur: 421
  • Govt. Medical College, Ambedkarnagar: 426
  • Govt. Medical College, Kannauj: 426

You may check the following website to get detailed-oriented description in this context:

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up/amp

It's expected that the cut-off marks will increase this year on account of several important determining factors like

  • Number of appeared and successful candidates are increased in this year.
  • The total number of seats allocated for every Medical colleges is highly increased by the conducting authority of NEET UG Counselling in UP
  • Highest marks in NEET UG 2020 has also increased in this year

Still as per our assumption and after comparing your marks with the previous year's cut-off details, I can assure you that you've definite probability to get admission in all of the above mentioned instituions ( except the last two: as I've previously told you about the increased competition level in this year, so there might be some difficulty to grab a seat in those two colleges). You may also use our NEET College predictor tool to ensure my assumption:

Don't need to be worried in this regard. Wish you all the best for your better future.
