This is the first time that VITEEE was cancelled. It was due to the current pandemic. This year the admissions will be done on the basis of merits in class 12. So you can apply for the admission application form. Candidates who qualified for JEE Mains will be given higher preference.
You can apply till July 31, 2020. The authorities will prepare a merit list for admission. If your name is present in the merit list, you need to visit the counselling center and verify all your documents.
Since this is the first time it is happening, there is no prior data.

Yes, you can still apply for a admission to Engineering in VIT with your class 12 score. JEE Main is not compulsory but JEE Main weightage will be added to determine the merit of the candidates who have appeared in it. Candidates who appeared in JEE Main and have a decent score will get a little advantage over candidates who does not have JEE Main score. But the chances of getting seat in CSE depends on the cu off which will be declared after the counselling. The last date to apply is July 31, 2020.
