Hi!
Congrats on clearing your 12th examinations.
Bcom (hons) and B.A Economics (hons) are two different courses offered by Delhi University. There are many colleges that offer these courses like:
1) shri Ram College Of Commerce
2) St. Stephen's College
3) Delhi School Of economics
4) Hindu College
5) Hansraj college
I have only mentioned a few of them but there are many more colleges. Sadly the seats in these two courses get filled very quickly and the cut off percentage goes very high. But there still remains possibility to get admission into colleges.
Since you have not mentioned your category it is not possible to say if you can get admission or not as cut off percentage varies according to cthe category.
I am providing the link to DU's last year's cut off lists so that you can get an estimate .

Hope this helped. All the best for your future.
Thank you
