Your changes of getting the mit Muzaffarpur is very low at this much score in jee mains. I will suggest you to go for private colleges. In my opinion you May have got that college of you have scored around 90 percentile atleast. I will suggest you to look for these colleges :

Silicon institute of technology
Gita institute of technology. Etc.
