Hello,
Through joint entrance examination main (JEE main) you will get colleges in only National institute of technology (NITs) if you want to get a good college in india institute of technology (IITs) then you should write Joint entrance examination (JEE) advance.

see if you dont want to study in iits then you may not appear in jee advance exam,
