Congrats on clearing your 12th boards examination with great percentage.
Sadly, you cannot get Bcom Hons in delhi university as mathematics is a compulsory subject when it comes to hons courses. However, there are plenty other courses that you can apply to like: Bcom (pass), BBA, BA program or specialization in a specific subject (which does not have maths as a compulsory subject) like english hons, LLB, BJMC, Hotel Management, etc.
Admission in Delhi University also depends on what category you belong to like general, sc, st, obc, etc as cut off varies according to them. As you have not mentioned your category, I'll be providing the link to DU's previous year's cut off site where you can get an estimate from.

For B.Com. (Hons.) Candidates must have an aggregate of 45 percent marks in the qualifying examination with Mathematics/Business Mathematics as a mandatory requirement and Selection shall be made on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination including one language and three best subjects. Though you are eligible for B.Com, not B.com honors.
