For admission in Delhi University, Class 12 marked are considered. Delhi University announces cut-off for each course in every college for several rounds of admission. For previous year the fifth round cut-off for BA(Hons) in English was 94% for General category and 89% for OBC category in Gargi College. The cut-off depends on seat availability, category to which you belong as well as the college. So it is possible that this year's cut-off will change. Anyway do not lose the confidence. You can apply for Gargi as well as other colleges.
