First of all congratulations for getting 97 percentile in JEE Mains January exam.

The thing is that now we can give JEE Mains exam twice. The one is in January and the second one in April. But due to Covid-19, the second JEE Mains is in September . Now after some time results of JEE Mains September will be declared.

1. The thing you must know is that the overall score of JEE Mains is taken out from  the best score of JEE Mains January and JEE Mains September. In whichever exam you score more , that will be your final score.
2. So if you got more than 97 percentile in September exam then , it will definitely increase your chance to get admission to more good NIT's , because overall score is now more than 97 percentile.
3. But if your score is less than 97 percentile in September exam, then your overall score will be 97 percentile. And then on the basis of 97 percentile you got admission to some low NIT's.

97 percentile is a good score...u will definitely get into a good NIT's...even though ur performance is little low in sep..but jee will take best off in 2xms ...so no need to worry u already have a good score...so do ur best in jee ADVANCE and get a good IIT...

Hello, if you have calculated your marks please give it so that I can give you the predictable rank ,your percentile, is very good so if you have not prepared for September , your January exam can do work for you. You can expect good college in some IIIT you can get Cs also. So, you should not worry about this time. If you have any category it will also help you.
