According to last year cutoffs at AIR 474792 last seat was alloted  in Yenepoya Ayurveda Medical College ,Mangaluru , Karnataka  in mop up round of all India counselling for B.A.M.S course. You can also go for state round counselling , you didn't mention your state so I am not able to tell your chances in your state .

But you have chances of getting B.H.M.S (BACHELOR OF HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINE AND SURGERY) in a private college in all india counselling at your rank. You can opt for this course if you are interested.

I feel sorry to tell you that with such low marks you can't get any college of bams ,you can try next year
So start studying from today as the competition is rising high and if you don't want any drop you can leave the neet exam as it need hardwork and smartwork too if you are not giving your 100 percent and thinking you will get admission so sorry to say it is not possible !!!

If you want to give a chance to yourself then start studying ones again with full potential
And clearing every concept with practicing pyq !!
