157 is very low score to get admission into government medical college..

There is very less chances for getting government seat in all India counselling, but you can try for your state quota seats

There are very little chances for state quota also, but yes, you a slight chances, if your state quota cutoff for SC/ST goes low.
But in my views you should start preparing for next year neet, because there are almost negligible chances.
