I hope the answer is relevant now, but as per a same rank in the coming counselling, a person will get mining in GEC bilaspur as the people choosing the stream have declined drastically in the recent years

You have less chances to get Mining Engineering in GEC Bilaspur based on your rank. You can get other colleges and branches.
