Hello Shubham,
First of all congratulations for your result. Scoring 67 percentile is not bad, it means that you have the capability to score more and easily get the best government engineering colleges. Yes, you can drop one year and prepare yourself for the next examination. There are many droppers who score good as compared to the precious attempt. You can also prepare yourself by enrolling in one year crash course for IIT JEE preparation which are provided by many institutions. You need to analyse your answer sheet and check what are the areas of improvement. After that you need to work on your weak points. You can also take test series from different institutions which will groom your preparation. I believe you'll do much better in the next attempt if you plan your studies accordingly. I hope this information is useful to you. All the best for your future!
