First of all congratulations for getting a nice rank in the entrance exam. 

Secondly since cut off of any entrance exam depends on the difficulty level of the exam, number of applicants, performance of other applicants and on the number of seats available in the College's, the cut off might vary from year to year. However according to previous year cut off for computer science engineering in Vellore campus, the closing rank was 7000 and also this year's predicted closing rank for the same is 14000. So yes there are chances for you to get into your dream college.
