You have good chance of getting iiit or gftis college in last round or special round. Because every year most of the engineering seats remains vacant and they are filled in last round of counselling or special round. Chances are more in special round as one of my friends also got iiit Bangalore in special round with around the same rank. 

However it depends on this year cutoff and seats available so wait and hope that you may get any college through jossa.
