I have seen last year's DU cutoff in some categories instead of Percentage *pass* is mentioned. what does that mean ?

Pass means you have cleared all the papers. However, cutoff refers to the minimum marks required in each category. This is announced by colleges for each programme. Your question needs more clarity though.

DU ki cutoff list Mai kuch categories like KM and ST Mai *pass* likha hua hai balki for the same course in same college UR and OBC ke liye cutoff % likha Hai . eg 92%
toh unn st and km categories ke liye Kya cutoff manna jaega?only that ki they have cleared all their subjects?
