i have state and national level football certificates,will this benefit me for getting admissions in colleges?

It mostly depends on which colleges you are applying to. National level entrance exams like NEET, JEE, CLAT and others do not have any Sports quota. Having said that it comes under the State Authorities jurisdiction to take a call. Anna University is one university which gives marks to students based on their level of participation or winning at International/National/State/Divisional level. So it mostly depends on which college you are applying for and which exam.
