I have taken admission in degree college.i gave my original Tc in college.now can I go for certificate verificate verification without TC

No you should show your TC for certificate verification process.
If you are joining in other college then tell your degree college about it submit a letter they will give you tc you can attend verification process else show a letter from your degree college to authorities
