Hello Anil, Greetings!

Let me help you.

Universities that offer other degrees along with engineering named their engineering degree as B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) and Institutes providing professional courses like engineering named their engineering degree as B. Tech. (Bachelor of Technology).

AICTE has clarified that it does not consider the two degrees as different and grants equal recognition to both.

So it does not make any difference to pursue B.E. and you will be considered like any other B.Tech student.
