Yeah definitely you can able to write the JEE MAINS examination in the next year infact the best thing is that from next year onwards you will be able to write the two attempts of Jee mains. So eventhough after writing the JEE MAINS in next year also you are left out with one more attempt for writing the Jee mains next after next year.

Yes, you will be eligible to attend the both JEE Main 2019 January & April Sessions. Since, the conducting body has not released the detailed eligibility criteria yet. So, going with the last year's number of attempts, the candidates will be able to appear for 3 times.

Yes, you can give JEE Mains 2019. I will also clear your Doubt regarding attempts for JEE Mains. January & April Exam is seen as One Attempt.

So, This will be your 2nd Attempt & you are liable for 3rd attempt too in 2020.
