I haven't put printed name after my photograph in jee main form I have written it with pen and then place it in candidate photograph.

You need not worry for the same. If you wish to change the photograph, you will be able to do so after the NTA releases open the correction portal through which you will be able to modify and make the changes in the application form.

May be or may not be it will rejected, it will be difficult for us to say hardly but in case if it may rejected then you have the opportunity to make it correct during the recorrection period of application form which the NTA will give you.
